Bar Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Bar Team Leader at Grain Restaurant, a 200-seat restaurant, café, cocktail bar, and lounge located in the heart of Launceston, Tasmania.

The successful candidate will be responsible for running the front of house operations during busy service periods, working alongside a diverse team to deliver exceptional results, and assisting with rostering, team development, and coordination of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the front of house team to deliver exceptional customer service and experience
  • Assist with rostering, team development, and coordination of the department
  • Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
  • Strong understanding of day-to-day operations of a restaurant/bar
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating an amazing experience for every customer
  • Energy, drive, and a positive attitude that will be contagious to the team
