Job Title: Recruitment Account Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for one of our key clients in the white-collar technical sector. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing agency and make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key contacts
  • Promote our recruitment services and understand the client's core business
  • Visit client sites to ensure service levels are consistently met
  • Speculate future recruitment requirements and maintain a database

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting high-volume white-collar technical roles
  • Able to identify and close new business opportunities
  • Friendly and approachable, confident dealing with multiple stakeholders
  • Prioritize and multitask, showing a keen sense of urgency
  • Organized with excellent time management skills
