**CELOTTI Workforce **is looking for a
**Recruitment Lead - Technical & Professional** who will join our growing team.

This role will not be for the faint of heart You will be responsible for building a team of technical and professional recruiters across various market sectors as well as managing the recruitment process from the interview to the offer stage and beyond for any roles you source.

**Key Responsibilities/Challenges**:

- Be a Recruitment Expert in a chosen technical/professional discipline** (ideally permanent recruitment)**:

- Mentor, grow and support a team of recruiters from the ground up
- Actively plan and undertake business development activities in the local area to source employer client placement opportunities;
- Identifying and developing client/business relationships;
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each client or assignment;
- Managing the recruitment process through the interview to offer stage and beyond;
- Offering CV, interview, and general career advice;
- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities;
