Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Technical Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both blue-collar (e.g., technicians, operators, skilled trades) and white-collar (e.g., engineers, IT professionals, corporate staff) roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of diverse hiring needs, excellent sourcing strategies, and the ability to build strong talent pipelines across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning needs.

  • Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies for both blue- and white-collar roles.

  • Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Stay updated on labour market trends, wage benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies.

  • Business Development skills preferred but not a necessity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably with exposure to both blue- and white-collar hiring.

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.

  • Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations.

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, especially in regions with diverse workforces.

  • Strong experience in local and international candidates.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience recruiting in manufacturing, logistics, construction, mining or technology sectors.

  • Understanding of technical certifications and trade qualifications.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment metrics and reporting.
