Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced recruitment leader to join our team in a 360 capacity. Depending on your experience and background, this role will involve managing a small team while also leading from the front in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing teams
  • Set high standards as a role model and ambassador within the organization
  • Analyse customer base, strengthen relationships and deliver exceptional customer service for revenue growth
  • Map new opportunities and develop the client base
  • Drive business growth through new and existing networks
  • Lead by example, delivering end-to-end services to clients and managing the team
  • Collaborate with bid management and learning and development teams to drive business objectives
  • Deliver individual and team targets to support business achievement

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience
  • Leadership or management experience, or ambition to move into a leadership role
  • Confident communication skills and ability to build rapport with people
  • Articulate communicator with strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Office 365 and previous CRM experience
