We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to take on the role of Customer Liaison Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive a prompt, efficient, and courteous service.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships and profiles;">
  • Develop and maintain schedules and data entry systems;">
  • Manage the central point of contact for manufacturer custodians for handing over of new vehicles and acceptance of returned stock;">
  • Manoeuvre new vehicles within the compound;">
  • Communicate and liaise with internal, external customers and external organizations such as manufacturers, transporters/carriers, customs agents, shipping companies, and contractors;">
  • Ensure prompt and effective follow-up and response to internal and external customer enquiries and concerns where appropriate;">
  • Arrange for the delivery of vehicles efficiently and effectively;">
  • Carry out continuous improvement recommendations for improvements to work processes.">

About You

">

We are looking for an individual who has a strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. You should have a manual drivers licence with at least 3 years experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also essential. Experience in Administration and Customer Service is preferred but not essential.

As a self-motivated and enthusiastic team player, you should be able to multitask and adapt to changing work requirements. Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills are also required.
