The Role
  • Shaping innovative and functional workplaces that align with each client's business objectives, operational needs, and workforce behaviours.
  • Facilitating discovery sessions, developing workplace strategies, and translating them into actionable design briefs for fit-out teams.

We are seeking a Senior Interior Design Workplace Strategist to lead the strategic planning and design direction of commercial fit-out projects across Australia.

A key focus will be on shaping workplaces that enable hybrid work, collaboration, and wellbeing. This will involve:

  • Providing ongoing input into interior layouts, furniture specifications, and finishes selection throughout the D&C delivery process.
  • Reviewing design documentation to ensure alignment with workplace strategy, user needs, and compliance standards.
  • Supporting on-site implementation and providing input during construction phases to preserve design intent.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to mentor junior strategists and designers.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with decision-makers across property, operations, and executive teams.
  • Experience working in a commercial fit-out environment, with a strong understanding of the D&C project lifecycle.
