Project Director

Are you a seasoned project manager looking to take on a senior role in commercial fit-outs, refurbishments and new builds? We're seeking an experienced professional to oversee projects from pre-construction to handover, leading and mentoring project teams, ensuring compliance with safety and building standards, managing budgets and contracts, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Project oversight and management
- Team leadership and mentorship
- Compliance and regulatory management
- Contract and budget management
- Client relationship building
- At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or equivalent
- Experience working with principal contractors on fit-outs and refurbishments, preferably in the tier 1 or 2 space
- Natural leadership and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in MS Projects, Procore and Jobpac
- Bachelor's degree in construction or equivalent
- 5 extra paid leave days every year
