Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. As a key professional in shaping the people agenda and contributing to business success, you will play a critical role.

About the Role:

  • Build strong relationships with local business leaders to support performance improvement and enable growth through data insights and workforce planning.
  • Guide and support leaders in managing employee issues, investigations, and case management in alignment with company values and policies.
  • Develop and maintain local industrial relations supporting leaders in negotiations aligned with the overall industrial strategy.
  • Lead the rollout of People & Culture initiatives and support organisational change.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field, with significant experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, organisational change, and HR planning.
  • Strong knowledge of human resource management practices including experience with collective bargaining and exposure to acquisitions and integrations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong effective relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Strong critical thinking decision making and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex workplace issues.
  • Proven ability to plan coordinate and deliver HR related projects and initiatives including managing significant business change.
