Key Human Resource Role

  • Develop strong working relationships with business leaders to support performance improvement and drive growth through data-driven decision making.

  • Establish and maintain effective industrial relations, supporting negotiation strategies that align with our overall organizational goals.
  • Lead the implementation of People & Culture initiatives, driving organizational change and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR business partnering, employee and industrial relations, organizational change, and strategic planning.
  • Strong knowledge of human resource management practices, including expertise in collective bargaining and exposure to acquisitions and integrations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Highly developed critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex workplace challenges.
  • Proven track record of delivering HR-related projects and initiatives, managing significant business change and driving results.
