About the Role

Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Brisbane. Located in Acacia Ridge, the role offers diversity and the opportunity to develop in recruitment and your stakeholder engagement in a multi-disciplinary organisation.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will support strategies to utilise varied channels to source and acquire talent for our business. In this role you will develop your ability to create genuine engagement across the business and support annual programs and end to end recruitment.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

- Support end to end talent acquisition for your regional portfolio and build working relationships both internal and external

- Build partnerships across People & Culture to identify future needs and activities

- Further develop your skill and experience in candidate care and maintain the values of Hastings Deering

About You

A successful teammate will have experience in:

- Demonstrated 1 to 2 years post graduate experience in human resources and or recruitment, ideally from an industrial sector

- Proven and demonstrated ability to drive and manage end to end recruitment in a diverse and busy service environment

- Highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills to build effective working relationships and deliver outcomes

- Exceptional organisational skills coupled with experience using HRIS and or multi-media platforms for advertising
