The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Eagle Farm, QLD. As a key member of our APA Networks team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective running and maintenance of our Qld Networks depots and its equipment, supplies, and resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilities management, including compliance with all body corporate requirements and coordination of building maintenance
  • Develop effective and proactive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Source and engage external services and supplies in a cost-conscious manner
  • Assist Operations with Contractor Management
  • Attend HS&E training and participate in identifying, assessing, and controlling HS&E systems and procedures

Your background

  • Industry experience in a similar position
  • Ability to manage customer satisfaction, expectations, and needs
  • Strong communication skills and able to effectively liaise with staff at various levels
  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and APA applicable software
  • Able to work autonomously and prioritize conflicting workloads

About the Team

Our Networks team manages and operates transmission pipelines and local distribution networks that deliver gas to around 1.4 million households and businesses across Australia.

This is an exciting time for the Networks team, as we are growing and expanding with many new projects, including renewable green gas into the Gas Networks. We need people who are courageous, nimble, and ready to make a positive impact.
