Job Description

This part-time (0.6 FTE) fixed-term position is based in Port Adelaide as part of our headspace program. As an Administration and Support Specialist, you will provide welcoming customer service, handle incoming calls, schedule client appointments, and maintain visitor's books.

You will work collaboratively with a supportive and close-knit administration team, reporting to the Manager. This role is ideal for someone early in their administration career who is eager to develop their skills and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to clients and colleagues
  • Manage client referrals, create profiles, and assign tasks to teams
  • Maintain accurate records and data in MasterCare and Athena Penelope electronic client management systems
  • Support managers and staff with other administrative tasks as required

  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
