We are seeking a dedicated and skilled leader to join our team as an Operations Team Lead. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your leadership skills and experience to make a positive impact on the lives of our participants.
The Role:
- Lead and mentor a passionate team, conducting regular one-on-one reviews and building a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee rosters, fill shifts, and ensure operations run smoothly.
- Conduct site visits, connect with participants, and provide real-time feedback to staff.
- Review daily shift notes, incident reports, and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
- Manage WHS checks, medication charts, and end-of-month reporting.
- Complete site-specific action tasks, ensuring appointments, supplies, and communication are handled efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in disability, aged care, or community services.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
- Confidence using systems such as Microsoft Office, Securicare, Synology, and Proda.
- Understanding of WHS and incident management requirements.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Current First Aid & CPR.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain).
