Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead our team in disability services. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who wants to make a real impact on the lives of participants.

The successful candidate will provide guidance, solve challenges, and ensure smooth operations for their team. They will conduct regular 1:1 reviews, build a positive workplace culture, and oversee rosters and shift management.

The role involves connecting with participants, conducting site visits, and providing real-time feedback to staff. The Operations Manager will review daily shift notes, incident reports, and ensure compliance with documentation standards.

This position requires strong organisational skills, the ability to juggle competing priorities, and excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset. Previous leadership or supervisory experience in disability, aged care, or community services is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Manage WH&S checks, medication charts, and end-of-month reporting.
  • Complete site-specific action tasks, ensuring appointments, supplies, and communication are handled efficiently.
  • Mentor and support a passionate team, promoting growth and development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in disability, aged care, or community services.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Confidence using systems such as Microsoft Office, Securicare, Synology, and Proda.
