An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Operations Manager to join the team at Erina Fair, and take charge of the Retail operational functions, managing the delivery of the best outcomes for retailers, stakeholders, and the community.

**Erina Fair **is located on the NSW Central Coast and is the dominant shopping centre of the region, popular amongst a range of customer demographics, and with tourists to the region. The centre offers an extensive retail, entertainment and dining experience in a relaxed, coastal environment.

Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will provide leadership to the property operations team and be accountable for the management of day to day operational issues, contractor management, safety and compliance relating to all essential services, in line with operational budgets. A proven ability to drive the presentation and curation of public amenity is a must, together with the ongoing management and delivery of the operating and capital budgets.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Strong facilities management/operations management experience in the Retail or Property Operations area.
- Sound and practical understanding of Building Codes, Australian Standards, Essential Services Authority and Statutory requirements, and WHS legislation as they relate to operations.
- The ability to build strong relationships and your impeccable communications skills
- Strong people management skills
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask
- Electrical or air conditioning background (regarded however not essential)
- Experience with a Centre under development would be highly regarded
- Experience with executing a sustainability strategy and delivering the associated targets
