Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Environmental Services department.

  • Manage and coordinate tasks during designated shifts, ensuring that all assigned activities are performed according to organisational priorities and established practices and procedures.
  • Supervise a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and mentorship through the CARPS Task Allocation Management System.
  • Conduct regular cleaning audits and provide constructive feedback to staff members.

About You:

  • You must hold relevant qualifications and/or experience in Environmental Services, with a strong understanding of industry standards.
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff members effectively.
  • Possess knowledge of current environmental standards and best practices.
  • Hold a valid NSW Drivers' Licence.
