Job Title: Service Line Manager Crushing Consumables

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Line Manager to lead our Crushing Consumables team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing the regional Service Line strategy, driving sales growth, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate sales and technical teams to drive go-to-market efforts for the Crushing Consumables Service Line.
  • Manage customer relationships and consumables throughout the product lifecycle, improving aftermarket growth and increasing client base.
  • Identify suitable products and solutions based on customer and market assessment, and support development in alignment with global Service Group strategy.
  • Implement global Service Group strategy in the designated market, including financial and operational aspects.
  • Submit regular sales and product reports, ensuring integrity within the company's CRM, ERP, and other related systems.
  • Own technical aspects of the service line towards sales colleagues and clients, including training and health checks.
  • Manage inventory levels in designated regions, ensuring consumables availability in alignment with the global Service Group strategy.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the relevant product line, service line, or process equipment is essential.
  • Good product and competitor knowledge to develop effective sales strategies and objection-handling techniques.
  • Ability to understand economic drivers of the mine and provide support to optimize value generation.
  • Experience in collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders, from customers to organization leaders.
  • Good communication skills, written and spoken, along with strong reporting and presentation abilities.
  • Able to travel up to 75%, domestic and international travel.
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
