We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Line Manager for Crushing Consumables to join our team at 309 FLSmidth Pty. Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing the regional service line strategy for Crushing Consumables, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive regional service line strategy for Crushing Consumables, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead the sales and technical teams to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base for Crushing Consumables.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities, generate leads, and foster strong relationships with customers to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and participate in customer seminars and presentations to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and productivity of crushing operations.
- Manage and coordinate customers and their consumables throughout the product lifecycle, improving aftermarket growth and increasing client base.
- Implement global Service Group strategy in the designated market, including financial and operational aspects.
- Submit regular sales and product reports, ensuring integrity within the company's CRM, ERP, and other related systems.
- Own all technical aspects of the service line towards sales colleagues and clients, including training and health checks.
- Manage and coordinate with the proposal and engineering team to provide accurate and timely quotations.
- Support and own inventory levels in designated regions, ensuring consumables availability in alignment with the GSLM.
- Experience in the relevant product line, service line, or process equipment is essential, with specific experience with consumable products being a plus.
- Good product and competitor knowledge to develop effective sales strategies and objection-handling techniques.
- Ability to understand the economic drivers of the mine and provide support to optimize value generation, capable of communicating complex concepts to customers in simple terms.
- Experience in collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders, from customers to organization leaders.
- Good communication skills, written and spoken, along with strong reporting and presentation abilities.
- Able to travel up to 75%, domestic and international travel.
- College degree or equivalent experience.
