As a member of our Service Line Crushing Consumables team, you'll be responsible for managing customer relationships and providing customized solutions to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and productivity of crushing operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships and their consumables throughout the product lifecycle
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the region
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to the business
  • Maintain opportunities in the CRM system
  • Monitor industry updates and changes in the product landscape
  • Perform health checks on customers' sites, review data, and present feedback
  • Work closely with product line, engineering, and sales teams
  • Support the development of marketing documents to highlight the primary benefits of our solutions

What We're Looking For:

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Good experience in the mining or industrial industry, with specific experience in heavy industrial products and systems a plus
  • Experience with consumable products
  • Mechanical background, able to read and understand mechanical drawings
  • Good communication skills, written and spoken
  • Deep product and competitor knowledge to develop effective sales strategies
  • Able to communicate complex concepts to customers in simple terms
  • Able to travel up to 75% for domestic and international assignments
