**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Line Manager to lead our Crushing Consumables team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing the regional Service Line strategy, driving sales growth, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the regional Service Line strategy to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead the sales and technical teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer engagement.
- Manage customer relationships and identify business opportunities to increase aftermarket growth and client base.
- Collaborate with the proposal and engineering team to provide accurate and timely quotations.
- Ensure inventory levels are optimized to meet customer demands.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the relevant product line, service line, or process equipment.
- Strong product and competitor knowledge to develop effective sales strategies.
- Ability to understand economic drivers of the mine and provide support to optimize value generation.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.
- College degree or equivalent experience.
