Crushing Consumables Service Line Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Line Manager to lead our Crushing Consumables team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional Service Line strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to identify business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams.
  • Manage customer support, troubleshooting, and inspections on-site.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Manage and coordinate customer interactions, including trials, support, and training.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the relevant product line, service line, or process equipment is essential.
  • Good product and competitor knowledge to develop effective sales strategies and objection-handling techniques.
  • Ability to understand the economic drivers of the mine and provide support to optimize value generation.
  • Experience in collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders, from customers to organization leaders.
  • Good communication skills, written and spoken, along with strong reporting and presentation abilities.
  • Able to travel up to 75%, domestic and international travel.
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
