Australia's first wellbeing company is seeking an exceptional professional to join its Talent & Workforce Acquisition team. As an Employee Onboarding Consultant, you will partner with hiring managers and talent acquisition specialists to create a supportive and efficient journey for new employees.
The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. They will be responsible for generating contracts, managing new starter documentation, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Key qualifications include:
- Experience in a similar role
- Human resources qualifications (not essential but highly regarded)
- Proactive and collaborative approach to work
- Strong customer service experience and computer literacy
