Job Opportunity: Agile Transformation Expert

As an Agile Coach at FinXL, you will play a key role in driving the establishment of agile mindsets, behaviours and ways of working within our organisation.

You will report to the Agile Program Manager and work collaboratively with the coaching practice to embed and uplift practices while identifying opportunities to build capability.

This is a demand-driven role, per area of need. You will be responsible for:

  • Implementing Agile process, tooling, principles and practices across relevant programs
  • Working with teams to define road-maps and develop them into a backlog and improve processes for allocation of backlog items to teams and tracking of progress and dependencies
  • Building a baseline of agile metrics for comparison and tracking (e.g. time to production, cycle time etc.)
  • Advising, guiding and upskilling Program/Project Managers in how to lead Agile delivery on their respective projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving Agile adoption and embedding best practices across programmes
  • Developing and improving processes for team collaboration and productivity
  • Designing and implementing metrics to track progress and performance
  • Providing expert guidance to programme managers on Agile methodologies

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Lean, Kanban and Design Thinking
  • Senior-level experience in coaching cross-functional teams
  • In-depth knowledge of the finance and wealth management industries
