Key Responsibilities
  • Support and collaborate with the Product Owner and Development Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Provide guidance using a servant leadership approach, upholding Agile and Scrum principles.
  • Foster the growth of the Scrum Team and organization by promoting Agile/Scrum practices and values.
  • Help optimize self-organization and fill gaps within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Evaluate and enhance the Scrum maturity of the team and organization.
  • Remove impediments or facilitate their removal by relevant stakeholders.
  • Cultivate a safe environment for open problem-solving without blame.
  • Facilitate work progress without coercion or dictation.
  • Assist in discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
  • Enhance communication, transparency, and information sharing.
