Job Title: Agile Transformation Leader

The Government is seeking a seasoned Agile Transformation Leader to drive organisational change and foster high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve iterative quality delivery, prioritising customer-centric outcomes that maximise value and flow.
  • Coach teams in Agile methodologies, promoting continuous improvement, growth, and resilience.
  • Provide guidance on people management, development, and performance coaching, helping teams thrive.
  • Establish effective cadence and run efficient Scrum Ceremonies, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Continuously enhance iteration management capabilities, driving process excellence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Agile Transformation Leader.
  • Demonstrated expertise in scaled Agile environments, with a strong track record of success.
  • An adaptable work style, able to navigate fast-paced and dynamic landscapes.
  • Proven ability to facilitate meetings and workshops, effectively influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to leverage relationships to drive consensus.
  • Agile Transformation Certification.
