About the Role

As a seasoned People and Culture professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience for a diverse client group.

You will collaborate closely with senior leaders on all P&C matters, including talent management, performance, employee relations, and workforce planning.

To excel in this position, you will need to:

  • Demonstrate proven experience in P&C partnering
  • Display strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and WHS legislation
  • Possess a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a relevant field, or demonstrate equivalent experience within Human Resources

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment.

Candidates must also establish a myGovID to access Government data aligned to the role.

As a seasoned P&C professional, you will possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust at all levels.

A deep understanding of P&C processes and best practices is essential for success in this role.
