About the Role: As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience for diverse client groups. You will partner closely with senior leaders on all people-related matters, ensuring consistent alignment with our strategies and priorities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders on people-related initiatives
  • Talent management, performance, employee relations, and workforce planning
  • Assisting operational teams to address specific people challenges and opportunities
  • Providing expert guidance on employee relations, dispute resolution, and conflict management

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated P&C partnering experience, heavy industry experience advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, employee relations, and WHS legislation
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or other relevant field, or demonstrable experience within HR
  • Experience in coaching and developing leaders to enhance their people leadership capability highly regarded

About You: You are a seasoned P&C professional with a strong understanding of employment legislation and proven experience in partnering with leaders at all levels. You demonstrate exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, building rapport and trust at all levels. A deep understanding of P&C processes and best practice sets you up for success in this role.
