**About the Role**
As MyHealth's newly established HR Business Partner, you will hold a pivotal role in nurturing a culture of excellence and fostering high employee engagement within our dynamic healthcare setting. Serving as a strategic ally to both our leadership team and employees, you will align HR initiatives closely with our business objectives, helping to driving the organisation forward toward success.

**What we are looking for**
- Previous experience as a HR Business Partner within a primary care environment highly desirable
- Proven experience engaging stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
- Understanding of federal and state employment regulations. Proficiency in change and project management, adept at handling numerous concurrent priorities or projects.
- Capability to navigate and lead through change, while pinpointing opportunities for ongoing enhancement.
