Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the entire Bid lifecycle, from EOI through to formal tender submission.

Key responsibilities include:

">

- Assisting the Bid Manager in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of all submission requirements;
- Liaising with the Marketing Manager to generate localised or industry specific marketing initiatives;
- Overseeing the organisation of client entertainment, function and events where required.

Requirements:

">

- A minimum 3 years' experience within an office environment, preferably working for a construction, architectural or engineering firm;
- The ability to work in a team and manage others;
- Excellent time management and organisational skills; and
- Strong communication skills.
