This award-winning architecture practice is known for its bold ideas and sector-leading projects that redefine the built environment. With a highly collaborative studio culture and a history of delivering work that shapes cities and communities, they are now seeking a Marketing and Bid Manager to join their team. This stand-alone role offers scope, autonomy and the chance to bring creative ideas to life while working closely with supportive Directors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development and submission of targeted bids and proposals
  • Manage PR, communications and award submissions to strengthen profile
  • Drive social media, newsletters and website updates with engaging content
  • Produce project brochures and marketing collateral across multiple typologies
  • Maintain key client database and coordinate business development input

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a marketing or bids role within architecture or design
  • Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, with Illustrator and Photoshop advantageous
  • Strong communication and editorial skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with excellent time management
  • Proactive, adaptable and confident working autonomously with senior stakeholders
