Transforming Stroke Care as a Clinical Educator

This is a pivotal position for an experienced Registered Nurse to lead staff education initiatives, provide expert guidance and deliver targeted clinical education in stroke management.
The role involves leading teams to promote evidence-based practice, continuous quality improvement and risk management. It requires the ability to evaluate educational outcomes and participate in clinical practice reviews.
- Developing and implementing education programs for nursing staff on best practices for stroke management.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary clinicians and Stroke specialists to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Providing expert guidance on stroke management and participating in clinical practice reviews.
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess extensive relevant clinical or education post-registration qualifications or such education and clinical experience deemed appropriate by the employer.
Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous quality improvement and risk management are essential qualities for this role.
