The Clinical Nurse Educator (Stroke) plays a pivotal role in promoting consumer-centred care grounded in best practice for stroke management.
Main Responsibilities:- Developing and leading staff education initiatives to promote evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement.
- Providing expert guidance and delivering targeted clinical education to nursing staff in collaboration with multidisciplinary clinicians and Stroke specialists.
- Evaluating educational outcomes and participating in clinical practice reviews to ensure care is evidence-based.
A key focus is the early identification and timely management of stroke, supporting continuous improvement in patient outcomes at a major hospital.
