Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Stroke Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in stroke management and a proven track record of delivering targeted clinical education.

The successful Stroke Coordinator will play a pivotal role in promoting consumer-centred care, grounded in best practice for stroke management. This involves leading staff education initiatives, providing expert guidance, and collaborating with other clinicians to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading Staff Education Initiatives: Develop and implement educational programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of nursing staff in stroke management.
  • Providing Expert Guidance: Offer advice and support to colleagues on best practices in stroke care, ensuring that patients receive optimal treatment.
  • Delivering Targeted Clinical Education: Design and deliver customized training sessions to equip nursing staff with the skills needed to provide excellent patient care.
Requirements
