Role Summary:The Clinical Stroke Educator plays a pivotal role in promoting high-quality patient care by leading education initiatives and providing expert guidance on stroke management.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing comprehensive educational programs for nursing staff.
- Providing expert guidance on best practice stroke management and care.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes through targeted clinical education.
- Evaluating educational outcomes and participating in regular clinical practice reviews.
- Registered Nurse - Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Holds extensive relevant clinical or education post-registration qualifications.
- Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous quality improvement, and risk management.
