Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Lead Field Service

As a seasoned professional in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, you will be responsible for assessing and re-engineering client business processes to enhance efficiency. This role requires the ability to perform a range of functional tasks necessary for successful CRM implementation, including creating functional specifications and designs for customizations, developing estimates for implementation tasks, and providing expert guidance on MS Dynamics field services to clients and mentor team members.

Data migration (data mapping) from external systems into MS Fields Services is also a key responsibility, as well as conducting solution testing and assisting with user acceptance testing. Delivering user and administrator training is another crucial aspect of this role.

  • Functional requirements gathering and documentation are essential to this role, as well as customization development and testing, implementation planning and execution, and client training and support.

This position requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, proven experience in field service or related industry, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and training abilities.
