Position: Managing Partner @ Saltus Group | Technical Recruiting, Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities
Design, customize, and configureMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CRMto meet complex business needs.
Build and enhance customentities, plugins, workflows, business rules, andPower Automate flows.
Integrate Dynamics 365 withcore banking systems, ERP platforms, payment gateways, and third-party applications.
Create intelligent solutions usingPower Apps,Power BI dashboards, andautomation tools.
Ensuredata security, compliance, and integrity through role-based access, field-level security, and audit controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in anAgile/Scrumenvironment to deliver innovative and scalable CRM solutions.
Qualifications
6–10 years of hands-on experience inMS Dynamics 365 CRM development.
Proven experience in thefinancial services domain—banking, insurance, or fintech.
Strong understanding ofintegration architectureand modern CRM practices.
Passion for clean code, scalable architecture, and delivering business value through technology.
