Microsoft Dynamics 365 Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled senior engineer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and implementing D365 Customer Service solutions for contact centres, integrating D365 with Azure, Office 365, and other cloud tools for omnichannel customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing D365 Customer Service solutions for contact centres
  • Integrating D365 with Azure, Office 365, and other cloud tools
  • Leading technical teams in agile environments

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE – particularly Customer Service & Omnichannel Engagement
  • 2+ years in cloud-based systems / distributed computing
  • Experience with Azure, Power Platform, and integration tools
  • Ability to lead technical teams in agile environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 / Azure
  • Experience with large-scale CRM implementations
