- 6-10 years of Experience in MS Dynamics Development.
- Develop, customise, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements in banking, insurance, or financial services.
- Design and implement custom entities, plugins, workflows, business rules, and Power Automate flows.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with core banking systems, ERP, payment gateways, and third-party financial applications.
- Develop and optimise Power Apps, Power BI dashboards, and Power Automate solutions for reporting and automation.
- Write JavaScript, C#, .NET, and FetchXML to enhance CRM functionality and user experience.
- Ensure security, compliance, and data integrity by implementing role-based access, field-level security, and audit logs.
- Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and end-users in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.
