About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Customer Liaison. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.

Your day-to-day tasks may include:

  • Liaising with customers to diagnose operational issues with their products
  • Logging all service calls and accurately updating customer service records
  • Coordinating and booking service calls for customers by liaising with third-party suppliers
  • Liaising with finance and/or order management to process credits, refunds, or sales returns on faulty products

You will work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
