Job Title: Customer Care Liaison

We are seeking a reliable customer care liaison to join our team. This role is about being the first point of contact for patients and clinicians, handling daily support requests, administrative tasks, and keeping patient records accurate.

This is a hybrid role based in Sydney, working closely with the founding team as we enter our next stage of growth. You will be given equity from day one, allowing you to have a piece of the value you help create.

As a customer care liaison, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Triage daily support requests
  • Manage administrative tasks, including reviewing documents and keeping care moving
  • Support our clinicians, handling day-to-day support tasks that clinicians need to deliver high-quality care
  • Keep patient data accurate, updating records and systems so information is always reliable

To succeed in this role, you must be confident, professional, and empathetic on the phone, meticulous, reliable, and organized, calm under pressure, able to handle competing priorities with ease, independent and accountable, commercially savvy, and energized by helping people and keeping systems running smoothly.
