Customer Partnership Liaison Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business as a Customer Partnership Liaison. As the first point of contact for customer queries, you will troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and keep customers updated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries across email, social media, and phone
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
  • Manage order updates, refunds, shipping delays, and courier follow-ups
  • Collaborate with like-minded brands in the sector for partnerships
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships
  • Coordinate agreements, product shipments, and partner communication
  • Support corporate clients and warehouse teams with replacements, returns, and ad hoc requests
  • Prepare packing briefs and oversee delivery schedules
  • Assist with reporting and general administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • 1-2+ years' experience in customer support, partnerships, or e-commerce
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Interest in a purpose-driven business
  • Experience with Gorgias and Shopify is desirable but not essential
