
Healthcare Professional Management Coordinator

As a key member of our patient care team, we are seeking an exceptional Patient Liaison Team Leader to oversee the smooth operation of our newly established Patient Liaison department in our Surry Hills clinic.
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and mentoring the Patient Liaison team, ensuring they provide top-notch customer service to all patients. This includes managing bookings and patient flow for General Practitioners and Fertility Specialists, as well as proactively engaging with potential patients to convert calls into doctor appointments.
To excel in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on empathy and integrity. You should have experience in health administration and sales, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results in fast-paced environments.

About You- Experience in Health Administration and/or Sales
