Are you a results-driven training expert looking to leverage your skills in a field-based position? We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in delivering customer experience through online and practical frontline training in the territory.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for frontline teams
  • Driving consistency of service standards across all stores
  • Onboarding and induction of new frontline team members, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles
  • Training managers until they are ready to take ownership of their store operations
  • Coordinating and facilitating training for new café teams prior to store opening, guaranteeing a high level of expertise
  • Identifying emerging talent for succession planning, fostering a culture of growth and development
  • Assessing and reporting on training outcomes, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in leading training programs in a hospitality business, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent facilitation skills, able to engage and motivate teams
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel, as required
  • Full working rights in Australia, ensuring compliance with local regulations
