Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Field Maintenance Specialist.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment, responsible for the mechanical work involved in repair, maintenance and servicing of turf maintenance related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage field service priorities and schedules effectively.
  • E nsure safety, cleanliness and proper resourcing of service fleet vehicles.
  • Co ordinate and perform various mechanical tasks in repairing, maintaining and servicing turf maintenance-related equipment.
  • Maintain relevant service-related information.
  • Provide product service training to clients as required.
  • Build and maintain a customer base to promote financial growth.
  • Participate in internal product-based training to meet OEM service standards.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience in the maintenance and repair of mobile equipment, including hydraulic and electrical systems, diesel and petrol engines.
  • Ability to use test and diagnostic equipment to determine the cause of mechanical or electrical problems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to establish effective business relationships.
  • Australian Motor Vehicle License.
