Prison Rehabilitation Officer

A correctional officer plays a crucial role in maintaining the safety and well-being of prisoners and society.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the humane and secure containment of prisoners and their rehabilitation.
- Work on a rotational roster, including day and night shifts, public holidays, and weekends.
- Complete a comprehensive training program to develop skills for effective correctional work.
- Demonstrate resilience, maturity, and flexibility with high levels of literacy, numeracy, and digital literacy.
- Ability to read people and situations and think critically to problem-solve.
