About You

  • Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology (5th year/Master's Degree required for Psychology applicants)
  • Registration with AHPRA, AASW, or ASORC
  • Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Innovative mindset, eager to bring new ideas

The Role

  • Deliver assessments and counselling to individuals experiencing significant career changes
  • Conduct assessments to guide clients towards new career paths
  • Collaborate with health professionals, employers, insurers, and stakeholders to achieve positive client outcomes
  • Identify RTW barriers and develop programs to assist injured employees in returning to work
  • Visit workplaces to understand challenges and educate employers on health benefits of good work
