Job Summary
\The role of the Student Receptionist is to provide administrative support and first aid services to students at a co-educational school. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing attendance and late arrivals, answering phone calls, and coordinating staff first aid training.
\Key Responsibilities

- Record student attendance and process late arrivals/early departures\
- Answer phone calls and maintain stock of first aid kits\
- Coordinate staff first aid training and maintain activity rolls for camps and excursions\
- Complete WHS incident forms involving students and maintain confidential student records\
- Assist with lost property, student I/D cards, end-of-year and beginning-of-year processes\
- Provide backup for the College Receptionist and perform other administrative duties as directed\
- Uphold the college's vision, mission, and values; embrace college policies and practices; and work in partnership with the leadership team, academic staff, and school officers\
- Hold a current Working with Children Blue Card and First Aid Certificate\
- Be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment and have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education\
- Complete requisite WWCC pre-employment screening prior to appointment\
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training\
- Contribute to the life of the college and promote a culture of student protection\
