Key Role

We seek a Client Engagement Team Leader to foster and develop relationships with new and existing clients, understand their needs and goals, and enable them to access our services.

About the Position

The Client Engagement Team Leader role is responsible for driving the operational day-to-day activities of the client engagement team. This includes:

  • Maximizing retention and optimization of the client base
  • Converting new clients to our services
  • Scheduling services

Strong, sustainable, and enduring relationships with clients are crucial, as well as acting on customer insights to create a superior client experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 2 years' proven experience in leading client engagement or customer service teams
  • Strong capability in change management
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

You will work closely with your team to create a high-performing, positive, and quality work culture, and establish clear accountabilities and support frameworks for the team.
