We're Hiring: Client Manager (Remote – 3 Days/Week) | The BAS Agents', Erina NSW

Are you a detail-oriented, client-focused professional with a passion for bookkeeping and business support? The BAS Agents' is on the lookout for an experienced Client Manager to join our growing team on a remote, part-time basis (3 days per week).

You'll play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with our valued Australian clients, providing exceptional service and solutions that go beyond the numbers.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of Australian clients as their primary point of contact
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service
  • Provide expert guidance on bookkeeping, BAS lodgments, and processes
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal systems and client service workflows
What We're Looking For

Residency & Communication:

  • Minimum 5 years living in Australia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trust and rapport

Experience:

  • 5+ years in bookkeeping, ideally within a bookkeeping firm
  • 5+ years in client management or team leadership
  • Ability to dynamically prioritise and triage tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience running a small business (preferably a bookkeeping practice)

Mindset & Personality:

  • Strong client-first mindset focused on solutions over rigid processes
  • Fun, warm, outgoing personality with a youthful spirit
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and outcome-driven

Required:

  • Cert IV in Bookkeeping
  • Registered BAS Agent

Software Skills:

  • Proficiency in Xero and Karbon
  • Familiarity with MYOB (an advantage)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (O365)
